Reach customers through established platforms
Trading platforms and distributors bring customer relationships and market access that can support wider use of euro-denominated digital money.
Europe has established a regulatory framework for euro stablecoins. The next challenge is practical adoption: access, distribution, infrastructure and useful applications.
Become a memberThe Eurøpe Consortium brings together digital-finance companies and infrastructure organisations to address that challenge collectively. Members contribute capabilities across issuance, trading and distribution, wallet infrastructure, tokenised markets, blockchain ecosystems and investment.
Our initial programme centres on EURØP, an existing euro stablecoin developed by Schuman Financial. We are coordinating around an asset already in circulation.
No single issuer can create a functioning market alone. Euro-denominated digital money becomes more useful when customers can access it, platforms support it and businesses have practical reasons to use it.
The consortium brings complementary organisations together to coordinate distribution, infrastructure, integrations and use cases around EURØP.
Each member retains responsibility for its own commercial, technical and regulatory decisions. Specific initiatives and commitments are agreed with the organisations involved.
Dollar-denominated stablecoins account for approximately 99% of global stablecoin market value, according to the European Central Bank's November 2025 Financial Stability Review.
That dominance can become self-reinforcing as platforms, infrastructure and users accumulate around the currencies with the deepest markets.
The Eurøpe Consortium aims to help make euro-denominated digital money a practical choice as financial activity moves onchain. Its starting point is EURØP, which is already issued and available across six public blockchain networks.

Eligible organisations can discuss direct EURØP issuance and redemption, onboarding and API integration with Schuman Financial.
Wallet and digital-asset infrastructure supports organisations seeking to integrate euro-denominated tokens into their operations.
Participants bring perspectives across trading, payments, treasury and tokenised assets to help identify useful applications.
Blockchain ecosystem organisations and investors contribute technical communities, expertise and industry relationships.
The consortium brings together organisations spanning issuance, trading and distribution, wallet infrastructure, tokenised markets, blockchain ecosystems and investment.
Its founding members are Schuman Financial, Assetera, BLOX, Coinhouse, Coinmerce, DFNS, etoro, LCX, RockawayX, SwissBorg and XRPL Commons.
Together, they will identify and coordinate initiatives that support practical adoption of EURØP. Participation does not itself imply a particular listing, integration or liquidity commitment.
We welcome enquiries from organisations that can contribute distribution, infrastructure, financial applications or market expertise:
